Visitors
All visitors must sign in at the main office. This school year, VCS will be implementing the Raptor VisitorSafe system. By digitally verifying that the visitor and the person on the ID document match, our school will gain a higher degree of confidence that our students and staff are safe. Once fully implemented, each visitor is automatically screened against two database types:

  • The registered sex offender databases that Raptor maintains and keeps up to date for all 50 U.S. states and territories

  • Any number of customized databases created by our school. This can include banned/restricted visitors, individuals with custody issues, those with restraining orders, and more.

A match against any database instantly alerts the attendant and any additional staff members for prompt attention and resolution.

Forms & Documents
Please complete and return all required contact information and forms promptly (including PowerSchool forms).
Missing contact information and forms may affect communication, eligibility for lunch, dismissal, and participation in activities.

Compact for Learning

Non-compliance may result in disciplinary action.
