Our fall sports program will soon start!
All students wishing to participate in a sport are required to have a sports physical.
Our school physician will be on site on October 2, 2025, to perform physicals for any student who wishes to have one.
Please see the following requirements:
• Student will be given an “appointment” to leave class for their physical.
Parents / Guardians may be present for the physical. Parents who wish to be present should contact the school nurse on Wednesday October 1st to be informed of their child’s appointment time.
• The Preparticipation Physical Evaluation Form will be sent home. Parents / Guardians must complete and sign the first page- HISTORY FORM. This form must be returned to the school nurse. NO STUDENT WILL BE ABLE TO HAVE A PHYSICAL WITHOUT THIS FORM COMPLETED, SIGNED, AND RETURNED.
Students choosing not to participate in the in-school physicals must have a physical completed by a physician.
No student will be permitted to try out, practice, or participate in any sport without a completed physical.
The Preparticipation Physical Evaluation Form may also be found here: https://www.nj.gov/education/safety/health/athlete/docs/athleticphysicalsform.pdf

Visitors

By digitally verifying that the visitor and the person on the ID document match, our school will gain a higher degree of confidence that our students and staff are safe. Once fully implemented, each visitor is automatically screened against two database types:
The registered sex offender databases that Raptor maintains and keeps up to date for all 50 U.S. states and territories
Any number of customized databases created by our school. This can include banned/restricted visitors, individuals with custody issues, those with restraining orders, and more.
A match against any database instantly alerts the attendant and any additional staff members for prompt attention and resolution.
